There is an event that allows you to so closely admire some of the best hang gliding pilots on the European continent that you can feel as if you were the class 1, class 5 and sport class champions yourself. It is the "Spring Meeting - Friuli Venezia Giulia Trophy, an event organized by the Aero Club Lega Piloti and FLYVE Srl. On the take-off sites, you can have your hair tossed by the same wind that will support their wings.
Why it's special
The "Spring Meeting - Friuli Venezia Giulia Trophy" is a beloved event for pilots (competing and non-competing) to reopen the flying season after the winter break. Even laymen can fully enjoy the opportunity to get closer to the sport. Then don't forget, you will be in a beautiful and bountiful land. You will be able to experience the adrenaline rush of competition and flying up close, but also discover the territories, beauty and flavors of the area.The organizers of the Spring Meeting have thought of a whole series of side events to make sure that all you have to do is have fun!
Don't miss it
The important thing is to participate, we know, but it's also nice to celebrate those who have been able to stand out. The awards for the winners of the competition, take place in the picturesque setting of Palazzo Colossis, in Meduno. The evening, which closes the week of competition, includes festivities and music for all, along with the pilots and meeting staff.

Numerous, every year, are the entries from pilots to this competition that, in addition to allowing them to improve their world ranking, is characterized by the unique flying opportunities offered by the territories in which it takes place.
