How do I find Experiences suitable for me?
You can search the Map of Wonders for experiences, trips, products and services using our search engine. From the Explore page, click on "Discover the Map near you" to find proposals near you. You can also set your search by keyword based on the place you are interested in, or the type of proposals you are looking for (e.g., "castles," "tastings," "bike rentals"). Use filters to do an even more precise search based on date and your interests (Art, Nature, History, Local Flavors, Villages, etc.). Start exploring!
How do I book an experience with a date?
Choose the date you are interested in and click on "Book." You will immediately be directed to a new page where you will indicate the number of participants and proceed to automatic payment by credit or debit card. If you do not see directions for payment, it means that the organizer has not activated transactions on SharryLand; contact them for more information.
Please note: the price of the experience may vary for individual dates, at the discretion of the organizer. Also, you must register for SharryLand to sign up for the Experiences. To learn more about registration click here.
How long can one book an eperience with a public date?
You can book until the last minute or until seats are sold out. Before booking, always check the cancellation terms given by the organizer. If the reservation and payment are made after the refund days, you will still be able to book the date, but will forfeit any refund.
How can I pay for an experience?
You can pay with a credit card, prepaid card or ATM card enabled for online purchases, as long as it belongs to these circuits:

I signed up for a date, but I have a snag and have to cancel. How should I go about it?
Click on your profile photo and look for the purple Your Reservations quadrant. Click on the "Reservation" button next to the one you want to cancel and then on Disenroll. If you unsubscribe within the cancellation terms specified by the organizer, you will be entitled to a refund of the full fee paid, which will be automatically paid to the credit or debit card you used to pay within 5-10 business days.
Please note: for some experiences there may not be a full refund, always consult the cancellation terms carefully and communicate with the organizer if you have any concerns.
How long does it normally take to get a refund?
Normally, 5 to 10 working days elapse from the date of cancellation of the purchase to the refund.
How can I keep track of all my reservations?
Click on your profile picture and look for the box Your Reservations. Here you will find a history of your current, completed, canceled, or refunded reservations..
I would like to leave a review for the experience organizer, how can I do that?
Click on your profile picture and look for the purple "Your Reservations" quadrant. Select the experience where you would like to leave a comment and click on the Reservations button. Here you will find a space for comments where you can thank the organizer, tell how it went, and share photos of your experience or purchases.
