How can we help you?

You can search the Map of Wonders for experiences, trips, products and services using our search engine. From the Explore page, click on "Discover the Map near you" to find proposals near you. You can also set your search by keyword based on the place you are interested in, or the type of proposals you are looking for (e.g., "castles", "tastings"). Use filters to do an even more precise search based on date and your interests (Art, Nature, History, Local Flavors, Villages, etc.). Start exploring!

On the experience page, choose the date you are interested in from the dropdown menu, indicate the number of participants and click on “Buy”. You will be immediately redirected to the payment page, where you can pay by credit or debit card.

For amounts over €60 you can pay in three instalments with Klarna. Once the purchase is completed, you will find it in “My purchases” from your profile.

You can book until the last moment or until all places are sold out. Before booking, always check the cancellation terms indicated on the experience page:

• 100% refund for cancellations made 5 days before the experience
• No refund from 4 to 0 days before the experience

You can pay by credit card, prepaid card or debit card enabled for online purchases, as long as it belongs to one of the following circuits:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Maestro
• ApplePay
• GooglePay

For amounts over €60 you can choose to pay in three instalments with Klarna. SharryLand has chosen Stripe as its partner to manage payments securely.

Click on your profile picture and look for the box Your Reservations. Here you will find a history of your current, completed, canceled, or refunded reservations.

After completing the experience, you will receive an invitation to leave a comment. If you missed it, simply go to the page of the experience you booked, scroll down and find the comment section. Here you can thank the organiser, share how it went and upload photos from your experience.
