How do I activate the Gold Profile?
To activate the Gold Profile you start here.You will find all the useful information about the subscription and by clicking on Start you will proceed to payment by credit or debit card.
Please note: Once you have activated the Gold subscription you will need to link a Stripe account to your Profile to manage transactions. Go to the dedicated Stripe section to learn more.
Is it mandatory to have the Gold Profile?
It is very useful, but it is not mandatory.
How much does it cost to activate the Gold subscription?
The Gold Profile is on a subscription basis. At this launch stage, it has an annual (12-month) flat fee of €50+VAT.
How long does the Gold subscription last?
Subscription lasts for 12 months from the time of activation. The expiration date is listed in your Profile Settings under Subscription. Renewal is automatic on the same credit or debit card you used to pay the first time. As the expiration date approaches, you will receive a notification.
Are there any other operating costs?
A 5% fee (including VAT) is charged on transactions made through SharryLand. Remember also that for handling credit card payments we rely on Stripe, which charges a fee of 1.4% + 0.25€. To learn more about this topic click here.
What happens when the Gold subscription expires?
Subscription renewal is automatic and you will receive a notification before it expires. If you decide not to renew, the Experiences you have published will remain visible on the platform: you will be able to manage subscriptions, but no longer payments. You will not be able to create new Experiences, nor will you be able to manage Tailored Requests. If present, multi-day vacation packages and Bravo&Buono will be blacked out. Your Profile will always be visible and searchable on the Map of Wonders..
I received a renewal reminder for my Gold subscription, what should I do?
If you received a reminder, the automatic renewal process for your subscription probably failed. Check that the card you used to pay has liquidity and is still valid. To change payment method see: How do I change payment method for my Gold subscription?

How do I change the payment method for my Gold subscription?
Click on your profile picture and look for the gray Settings quadrant. Select Subscription and click on "Manage Subscription." A wizard will open to change payment method, you can then enter your new credit or debit card information.
How do I cancel my Gold subscription?
Click on your profile picture and look for the gray Settings quadrant. Select Subscription and click on "Manage Subscription." A wizard will open to cancel your Gold subscription.
