Who can sign up for my date?

Anybody who is logged in to SharryLand. A user's first name, last name, and e-mail address will be required for registration.

How do I see who signed up on my date?

Click on Go to your Desk and open the Calendar. Click on the three-dotted menu for the date you are interested in and enter Reservation. Here you will be able to see who has signed up and communicate with the entire group of participants to give logistical or other directions.

How can I communicate with members on my date?

Click on the three-dot menu for the date you are interested in and enter Reservation. Here you will be able to communicate with the entire group of participants to give logistical or other directions. Participants will not be able to respond in this space. If you want to communicate individually with members, enter their profile and contact them via chat.

I have collected several registrations for the date I posted, how is the payment done?

If you have the Gold Profile, when participants book themselves on a specific date they pay immediately by credit or debit card. The money is then automatically credited to your Stripe account. Check the refund terms and fees provided in the dedicated section.

I have gathered the desired number of participants for my date, may I close registration?

Certainly. From the Calendar look for the date for which you want to close enrollment. Click on the three-dot menu to the right of the date and select Close Enrollments. The date is now in "Sold Out" and no one else will be able to enroll.
