Guided tour of this Convent and original medieval church with a Renaissance appearance of which there is little evidence to date. The Augustinian convent of Acquapendente was founded in the late 1290s, and with it began the building of the church of St. Augustine, characterized by Gothic forms. In 1746 a fire completely destroyed the church, which only a year later was completely rebuilt giving it the forms we see today.
