The marmalade is prepared exclusively with oranges picked following the right ripening times and sourced from small Sicilian producers. The oranges are cooked at a low temperature in the Filì laboratory so as to preserve the fragrance and flavor of the fruit. The bitter aftertaste makes this marmalade the ideal product for breakfast or special desserts.Ingredients: Bitter orange 60 percent, raw cane sugar, blond orange juice 10 percent, lemon juice, citrus pectin.
