Trieste: the Lighthouse of Music

The Trieste Concert Society, in co-organization with the City of Trieste and in collaboration with the G. Verdi Lyric Theater of Trieste present the Trieste Festival. Internationally renowned big names, concerts, events, and itineraries, involving the whole city. The historic Teatro Verdi, Museo Sartorio, Conservatorio Tartini, and Antico Caffè San Marco will be some of the prestigious locations for classical music concerts, in addition to some of Trieste's private houses in the tradition of Hausmusik. There will be no shortage of activities for children at the House of Music in Trieste, and continuing in the tradition of the Concert Society, for almost every performance, an hour or so before, there will be a special introduction to concert listening where it will be possible to listen to and converse with the festival's protagonists.
