In a nutshell
The best of territorial cuisine in this long festival held in the Bergamo village at the turn of October and November, in keeping with tradition.
The undisputed protagonist is the famous polenta taragna, "celebrated" and cooked according to ancient traditions. The polenta will be paired with tasty local recipes prepared by expert community cooks: stew and mushrooms, braised meat, truffled mushrooms, and even buffalo cheese and excellent Valcalepio wine.
The "polentai" use the famous Branzi FTB cheese for the preparation of the dish.
