A long-awaited and tasty event where a product of infinite goodness is enhanced: the cassatella of Agira. The dessert is the result of a long and meticulous process handed down from generation to generation. The inner dough is a heart of cocoa, local almonds, cinnamon, organic lemon zest, and chickpea flour. A delicacy to be enjoyed at its dedicated event!
