Festival of frescioi

An evening of typical local flavors in the beautiful village of Dolceacqua. Frescioi are traditional pancakes, usually made with zucchini, codfish or apples. The evening is therefore dedicated to local flavors but there is no shortage of concerts under the stars, at the foot of the Doria castle.
