The Maranola Bagpipe

Folk culture, traditions and music are the focus of this fine festival in the village of Maranola. Amid the sounds of bagpipes and ciaramelle, the festival moves between traditional secular and sacred songs, pastoral and classical marches, devotional songs and love symphonies, but also contemporary compositions, complex pieces and elaborate melodies. All this amid concerts in the village, debates, convivial moments and lots of good music.
