Montella IGP Chestnut Festival

More than a hundred thousand visitors and about 200 stands set up in every corner of the village, displaying and selling typical products, as well as locally produced spirits and handicrafts. Cheeses and cold cuts are the products most present, alongside the real queen of the festival, the Castagna di Montella IGP. There will also be tastings of caciocavallo podolico, a candidate by the municipality as a Traditional Agri-food Product (P.A.T.) to the Ministry. As per tradition, there will be no shortage of musical offerings, with important names for concerts in the program set up by the Pro Loco and the Municipality of Montella.
