Ascoliva Festival

Ascoliva Festival, the gastronomic event that has hosted almost half a million visitors so far, is back. The appointment is in Ascoli Piceno, in Piazza Arringo, for the world festival of the Ascoli Piceno Dop olive. As in previous years, the event will host producers of stuffed Ascoli olives Dop inside the Olive Village, which will be accompanied by 12 other traditional local dishes. This year the slogan of the festival will be 'An olive is forever', with a very evocative promotional campaign that is able to involve several generations. The entire area of Piazza Arringo will host not only the producers' area but also cultural and gastronomic meetings, workshops with tastings, initiatives such as Oliva Day with the Olive Olympics, the 'Ascoliva' Award, the competition among housewives for the best homemade stuffed ascolana olive, and other events that will involve the thousands of visitors arriving in Ascoli Piceno.
