Create and publish your activities
How do I propose my activities on SharryLand?
After completing your registration and activating your Stripe account for payments, go to “Manage your business” / “Manage sales and bookings” and click on Add offer. Follow the instructions according to what you are proposing — experiences or local products.
Important: once your proposal is submitted, the information, texts, and photos will be reviewed by the Editorial Team. Make sure you submit a final version and keep in mind that there will be a review period.
I have a problem with sending my activity
- “I can’t submit my experience, service, or product” — Check that you have correctly activated Stripe. If you have, then you likely missed a required field while completing your activity. Incomplete fields are marked with an exclamation point.
- “I want to preview my activity before submitting it.” — If you are still filling in the fields, click “Save and exit”; you will find your activity in draft form. From there, choose “Preview” from the three‑dot menu.
- “I submitted my content, but I made a mistake and want to make corrections.” — In the three‑dot menu of the content, click “Help” and send your request to the Editorial Team.
I created an activity, now what?
Your content (experience, service, or product) will be reviewed by the Editorial Team before being published. You can check the status of your contents by clicking on “Manage your business” / “Manage sales and bookings” from your profile.
To be visible on the Map of Wonders, an activity must be in the Published status. Otherwise, it may be:
- Under review: you have submitted the activity to the Editorial Team, which is currently checking its content;
- Draft: you still need to complete some fields and submit the activity to the Editorial Team;
- Suspended: you have hidden the activity; you can reactivate it by clicking “Resume”;
- Hidden: the Editorial Team has hidden the content, usually because it is outdated and needs some updates before becoming visible again; you can edit certain fields and resubmit the activity for review.
Why are the activities I propose monitored by the editorial staff?
The review process allows us not only to correct any oversights or errors, but also to ensure the quality of the contents and their compliance with SharryLand’s philosophy.
My activity has been published, and now?
Your activity (experience, service, or product) is now visible on the Map of Wonders, appears in search results by geographical area, and is automatically interconnected with everything beautiful around it: Wonders, Events, Profiles, and other Activities in the territory. You can now also promote your activity through the platform’s integrated tools, such as sharing and the Widget.
Important: even after publication, you can still edit some information, such as prices, but not the main texts or photos. If you need to make substantial changes, you can always contact the Editorial Team.
Can I edit the description and photos of my business after publication?
No, you can only do this when the activity is "In Draft." When the activity is published by the Editors, the descriptive content is no longer editable. If you still need to make other changes, please contact the Editors. Click on Help in the three-dot menu to the right of the activity. Requested edits will be evaluated by the Editorial Office and will be performed as a courtesy service.
I organize an experience together with other agencies in the area or other collaborators, where can I write it down?
Check that your collaborators have a complete Profile on SharryLand. When you create your Experience, add them under Collaborators.
.Can I delete an experience that I no longer propose?
You can suspend it, but you cannot delete it. Go to “Manage your business” / “Manage sales and bookings” and select Suspend from the three‑dot menu to the right of the experience, product, or service you no longer wish to offer. This way, it will no longer be visible or searchable on the Map of Wonders. You can reactivate it whenever you want.
How can I promote my activities?
To promote your activities, you can use our integrated promotion and sharing tools:
- Posts: write a post on SharryLand, use @ to tag your content, and collect likes and comments from the whole Community. You can also share the post on other social networks.
- Sharing: from the preview of your content, click the Share button to promote your activity and your territory even outside SharryLand.
- Widgets: if you have a website, you can also use widgets (from the “Share” button, by clicking on “Embed”) to bring the features of the Map of Wonders directly into your pages.
