What we are going to do

Upon arrival at Villa Vetrichina, we will prepare a typical Italian meal for lunch or dinner together. With Francesco the chef and Patrizia his collaborator we will make wonderful dishes. The Cooking class activity includes a welcome snack and the preparation of a menu, to be agreed together, with different options. For the first course, your choice of tagliatelle, gnocchi, ravioli with the filling of the day or pasta alla chitarra.
