Festival of Madonna di Strada

For 368 editions, the 4 hamlets of San Daniele have been waiting for this moment in order to compete to the sound of popular games such as "pignatte," sack races and running with a tied ankle. The cheerfulness of the festival infects all participants and even those who only come to watch the competitions. Alongside these moments of play, there is no shortage of religious services in the church of the Madone de Vile, the Madonna of the street.
