Spongada Festival

Spongada is a typical delicacy of Val Camonica. It is a soft focaccia covered with sugar, which, however, during the Sagra (or "Fera") of Breno, is enjoyed with an original combination: local salami is added to the traditional focaccia so as to create a really interesting sweet-savory contrast. The event is enriched by numerous side activities, markets, tastings, sale of typical products and cultural activities, as well as the awarding of the best spongada of the year!
