Dumpling Festival

One of South Tyrol's best-known and best-loved dishes at the center of a tourism enhancement event in the heart of one of the area's most beautiful villages, Sterzing. A table is set up for the occasion in the old town center, where a variety of dumpling dishes are served: on the menu are traditional bacon dumplings, low-fat dumplings, refined liver dumplings, mushroom dumplings, sweet dumplings and many other variations. All topped off with traditional music and other cultural events to get to know and appreciate beautiful Sterzing.
