Real tasting tours are offered through the ten best kiosks in the area, capable of enhancing the piadina by also offering gourmet versions. The three days are also enlivened by concerts, shows, piadina and cookie workshops and re-enactments of ancient crafts, such as at the stage of making the Montetiffi pans used for cooking piadina. Adding to the excitement will be the parade of "sciucarèn," characters from the ancient Romagna peasant tradition, who crack whips in time to music. An event where piadina is the undisputed queen.
