Trentino's first festival dedicated to vegetable garden and green culture
A green (but not just green) festival colors the Three Chestnut Park in Pergine Valsugana for two weekends.
The vegetable garden is the star: among workshops and lectures you can learn how to make a vegetable garden from scratch, or find out what a biodynamic garden is, or recognize wild herbs.
Little ones can meet farm animals and participate in games, treasure hunts and creative activities.
Grown-ups will be able to explore the farmer's market in the green park and participate in talks, workshops and cooking classes. Everyone - of course - will be able to taste local zero-mile dishes, such as nettle "späzle" with crispy speck and other delicacies.
A feast for nature and in nature, in a setting, Trentino, that is nothing short of extraordinary!
