At each stage, participants can taste typical local products. It always takes place on the last Sunday of August at the conclusion of the summer vacation period. The products that can be tasted at the Mangialonga range from desserts such as chestnuts with cream and first courses such as onion soup and Balocia, a polenta wrapper with melted cheeses inside, to cured meats and cheeses from the valley.
