The Cortes Apertas

event during which the flavors, scents and colors of the Sardinian town's tradition are enhanced. During the event, workshops, exhibitions and re-enactments of the crafts of the past are organized - along the streets of the town. Everything is enlivened by traditional music performances and the free opening of "cortes" where local dishes will be served. Another unmissable moment is the performance of the traditional Olianese wedding, with the typical serenade.
