The Passion of Christ

Montepaone, during Holy Week, holds the Good Friday re-enactment of the Passion of Christ. A moment very much felt by the small local community: the figurants are inhabitants of the village as well as all the organization that is strictly done by local workers. A simplicity that is rewarded for the excellent success of the event and for the enhancement that the procession manages to have thanks to the pretty streets of the village.
