In a nutshell
Every year on November 1 in Porto Rotondo there is a delicious event dedicated to Squid.
The shellfish is offered in many variations, from the most classic frying to more refined recipes. The event not to be missed is precisely the big frying in the square, organized every year by the Galluresi Chefs Association.
There is no shortage of performances and side events.
