Ispra - Unesco Kitchens & Le Vie Francigene a Tavola. Friday - from 3 p.m. to midnight Saturday - from 09.00 am to midnight Sunday - from 09.00 a.m. to midnight Ispra will host the 12th stage of the National Tour (Limited Edition) "Borgo Food 2023" with the presentation of specialties of excellence from the regions crossed by the Vie Francigene and the International Cuisines recognized by UNESCO as Intangible Heritage of Humanity, an event of Cultural Quality Food: a journey of taste and more (Mediterranean and Belgian food). The event, sponsored by the Lombardy Region, is eco-friendly and free admission. Piazzale Rapazzini, on the Ispra lakefront, will come alive thanks to the 8 establishments that will prepare international dishes and regional specialties, typical of the localities crossed by the Vie Francigene. Breweries present: La Taverna del Pellegrino & Belgian Beer (UNESCO). International guest will be the Typical Indian Cuisine. Collaterally, the French Regional Market will be present along with some typical Italian excellence. It will be open for both lunch and dinner with Show Cooking for the three-day event and musical entertainment every evening. A Maxi screen will also be arranged, where a video related to Culture on the Unesco Immaterial & Vie Francigene will be broadcast.
