Intelvi Caseus

A new edition of Intelvi Caseus, the event dedicated to dairy productions from the Intelvi Valley area, is back. Companies in the area will create a unique chain of local productions and, in the highlight, on the very Sunday of the grand finale, prizes will be awarded to the best proposals. Many categories, many productions, many more palates that will be able to delight with small tastings. The festival will involve ten local farms and more than thirty operators who, for the occasion, have already planned autumn menus with many dairy specialties.
