To discover the traditions of the ancient Walser people in the valleys of Monte Rosa
Traditional fair of the Walser people in Macugnaga, consisting of several ceremonies with traditional costumes and a market of handicrafts typical of the Walser peoples who inhabit the valleys bordering Monte Rosa. An opportunity to immerse oneself in this cultural minority that for centuries has been handing down from generation to generation cultural values of Alemannic origin. Each year the St. Bernard Fair hosts a specific theme related to life in the mountains.
