Speck Alto Adige PGI Festival

One of the many treasures of South Tyrolean gastronomy is speck IGP, an excellent product that is well known and loved by tourists and gastronauts alike. Its popularity is also due to the authentic and traditional processing techniques that make the product unique and inimitable, with its unmistakable flavour. Many initiatives are planned in one of Italy's most beautiful natural settings: the Plan de Corones ski area in Val Pusteria. A wonder within a wonder. The panoramic peak of Plan de Corones, with its breathtaking view of the Dolomites and the main Alpine chain, can be easily reached from three locations thanks to the ski lifts that take you from Brunico/Riscone, San Vigilio/Passo Furcia and Valdaora/Gassl to an altitude of 2,275 metres in just a few minutes.
