Annurca Apple Festival

A flagship product of the area celebrated properly! The Festival presents the best of tradition: food stands, many of them, will cook the apple in a variety of ways. From grandma's apple pie to æbleskiver, or more commonly apple pancakes, via savory specialties, liqueurs, and jams. A real apple competition will be organized: housewives and non-housewives, enthusiasts and improvised chefs alike, will be able to leave one of their desserts as a free gift at the official Pro Loco stand where volunteers will degugasticate them to guests who will come from all over Italy.
