Every year for five days, the town of Cairo Montenotte dresses in medieval clothes. During the event, the town's streets are filled with kiosks laden with local food and wine products, magic shows, flag-wavers and processions in historical costumes.
Everything is accompanied by the notes of medieval music and ends with a fascinating fireworks display on the night of San Lorenzo.
