What are the request for a customised date?
With the request for a customised date, you can ask for a personalised date for same‑day Experiences (excursions, tastings, guided tours, etc.) or to rent sports equipment. Go to the page of the experience you are interested in and select your preferred date from the dropdown menu. Please note: to send a request with a customised date, you must register on SharryLand. Can I request a date different from those indicated in the Experience?
Yes. Select “Request availability” and then choose your preferred date from the calendar. Please note: to send the request you must be registered on SharryLand. To learn more about registration, click here.
How do availability requests work?
Once you have created and sent your request, the seller will receive it and can either accept or decline it. If the seller accepts your request, you will be able to proceed with the payment.
You can always communicate with the seller via chat and keep track of your requests in the “My purchases” section.
Does a Custom Request bind me to the purchase?
No. When the seller accepts your request, you will be invited to make the payment, but you can choose not to proceed.
Does a Tailor-Made Request ensure my reservation?
Not automatically. You must wait for confirmation from the seller and agree with him/her on any changes. The reservation is confirmed upon payment.
.How can I pay for my purchases?
You can pay by credit card, prepaid card or debit card enabled for online purchases, as long as it belongs to one of the following circuits:
- Visa
- Mastercard
- American Express
- Maestro
- ApplePay
- GooglePay
For amounts over €60 you can choose to pay in three instalments with Klarna. SharryLand has chosen Stripe as its partner to manage payments securely.
