Festival of Our Lady and the Chestnut in S.M. of Victory

The autumn of Santa Maria della Vittoria, a hamlet of Volpago, opens with the Festival of Our Lady of the Rosary and of the Chestnut. Two weekends dedicated to the celebrations of the important shrine, and to taste in the round. Each evening will feature culinary specialties and tastings, unfailing the presence of the "Queen of Autumn" the Caldarrosta. During the days of the festival many events to attend for young and old alike. Recreational/educational walks, theatrical entertainment in the square, craft markets, and live music. A curiosity: Santa Maria della Vittoria is located on Montello, which was the scene of the Great War.
