A highly anticipated event with more than 50 exhibitors. The Paestum Artichoke Igp Festival, organized by Il Tempio di Hera Argiva is one of the great food and wine events expected in Campania.
There will be many excellent artichoke dishes including the famous roasted artichokes with risotto, golden and fried artichokes, caciocavallo impiccato with artichoke cream, sausage and artichoke sandwiches, and much more.
