How do I enter the dates for my Experience?

You can enter dates for your Experience only after it is published. For all the information on managing dates, go to the dedicated section.

Can I publish a free experience?

Certainly. When creating the experience, you will simply choose "No" in the Paying. At that point you can choose different types of free: free, freewill, or responsibly contributed. After publishing, if you wish, you can edit this field and set a price for your experience.

Can I edit the description of my Experience after publication?

No, you can only do this when the experience is in the "In Draft" state. When the experience is published by the Editors, the descriptive content is no longer editable. If you still need to make other changes, please contact the Editors. Click on Help in the three-dot menu to the right of the experience. Requested interventions will be evaluated by the Editorial Office and will be performed as a courtesy service.

Can I add photos to the Experience after publication?

No, you can only do this when the experience is in the "In Draft" state. When the experience is checked and published by the Editors, you can no longer edit the image gallery. However, if you need to make other changes, click on Help in the three-dot menu to the right of the experience. The requested interventions will be evaluated by the Editorial Office and will be performed as a courtesy service.

Can I change the prices of my Experience at any time?

Yes. After publication some conditions of the experience are always modifiable: duration, minimum age, price, price ranges by age, participation conditions (with pets or for people with reduced mobility). However, it is good practice not to frequently change the conditions offered.

If there are public dates or reservations in place, these will not be affected by the changes to ensure that what was established with the client in the past is preserved. To change the above conditions click on Edit in the menu with three dots to the right of the experience.

I am not a professional, can I organize an experience?

A private individual can also use the experience to share an activity, for example, to visit an exhibition or do a wine tasting together, perhaps involving a guide or local expert. In this case, however, you need to pay close attention to the legal and tax aspects.
Don't improvise yourself as a guide or escort if you don't have the qualifications to do so-it's against the law. SharryLand was created to encourage encounters in the Wonders and to give value to the area and its professionals: we are against abuses and undeclared work.

I want to propose a trekking or cycling route, where do I enter the technical data?

You can enter route information in the "What we are going to do" field. At a minimum, indicate the starting point, ending point, length, and duration; you can also enter complete elevation data and estimated difficulty. You can describe significant stops along the route, if any. Based on the information you provide, the editorial staff can create a map of the route.
