What can I enter in the "Offer services" section?

In this section you will enter a selection of your main services, that is, those that most characterize your business. A few examples: if you have an agritourism, you can list your rooms and restaurant service here; if you run an e-bike rental business, you can use this space to post your rental services.

What can I enter in the "Offer Products" section?

In this section you will enter a selection of local products, made by you, and in compliance with current regulations. In the product description you will be able to indicate the ingredients and other useful information for shoppers.

How can I set shipping terms for my products?

When filling out your Bravo&Buono, once you have entered the products and services you want to sell, you will be able to set the shipping terms under "Product Delivery." You will be able to enter a cost for shipping, a minimum total purchase (i.e., including products and services) that resets shipping charges to zero, and, if you wish, also a cost for on-site pickup.

What can I enter in the "Offer More" section?

In this section you will enter a selection of any additional services that enrich your offer, but are not your main services. These services will appear last in your Bravo&Buono.

For example: a farmhouse offers its rooms as its main service, while as an additional service it offers educational farm experiences to its guests.

My Bravo&Buono has been posted, can I still add products or services?

Certainly. Follow these steps:

  • from Go to your Desk,click on the menu with three dots in your Bravo&Buono and select "Edit";
  • enter the type of services in which you want to make the addition (e.g., Offer Services);
  • click on the Add New button and follow the instructions.

I have temporarily run out of one of my products, can I remove it from my Bravo&Buono?

Certainly. Follow these steps:

  • from Go to your Desk, click on the menu with three dots in your Bravo&Buono and select "Edit";
  • enter the "Offer Products"
  • click on the fuchsia button below the price and deactivate it.

The product now no longer appears in your Bravo&Buono. When it becomes available again, you can reactivate it by following the same procedure.

Can I delete a product or service that I no longer offer?

Certainly. Follow these steps:

  • from Go to your Desk,click on the menu with three dots in your Bravo&Buono and select "Edit";
  • enter the type of service you are interested in (e.g., Offer Services);
  • click on the three dots next to the service or product you want to delete and click on Delete.

How do I enter the price of a service or product?

Based on the type of service you offer, you can set a unit, hourly, or daily price. For some services, such as lodging, restaurant reservation with down payment, rental, or experience, you can also decline the price by age group. For products, on the other hand, you will only be able to set a unit price.

Can I change the price of one of my products or services?

Certainly. Follow these steps:

  • from Go to your Desk,click on the menu with three dots in your Bravo&Buono and select "Edit";
  • enter the type of service you are interested in (e.g., Offer Services);
  • click on the Edit button of the product or service for which you want to make the change and freely change the price.
