What we are going to do

A day to discover two villages rich in history in the hills of Romagna, following in the footsteps of the noble Malatesta family. Sogliano al Rubicone awaits us to discover a rare specialty: fossa cheese, prepared with a technique that is nothing short of amazing. The village of Verucchio, the cradle of Malatesta power, reveals all its ancient beauty, which has remained intact to this day. A day to enchant the eyes and palate!
