We will spend a day together in the Turano Valley, surrounded by nature (the lake, mountains, waterfalls and nature reserve), history and culture (the ancient village, the castle and the hermitage) and enjoy homemade organic food.

We will start our day with an easy trek that will take us to the abandoned medieval village of Antuni, with its palace, labyrinth, gardens, ruins and wonderful view of the valley, giving you a lot of information about the history, nature and legends of the area. With an extra walk, we can get to visit a hermitage with frescoes from the 1600s.

This will be followed by a delicious lunch with handmade pasta and local products, and believe me, it will be a real experience within the experience. We will continue by taking a short guided tour of the village of Castel di Tora, one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in Italy," with a splendid view of Lake Turano, one of the region's best-kept secrets, with blue waters surrounded by green mountains.
If we have time, we will finish our day with a nice walk to the Vallocchie Waterfalls, in the lush nature, or to the church of S.Rocco overlooking the lake.
