Here, we will explore the intricate textures of stone, trying to decipher the silent stories of an ecosystem millions of years old. We will indulge in the suggestion of images and emotions of a timeless vitality.

Our journey through time will continue to discover the evocative Necropolis of "Su Murrone," in Chiaramonti: a sacred place steeped in mystery and spirituality. We will explore the ritual practices and worldview of a civilization that is the pulsating reality of this beautiful and mysterious island. We will observe our surroundings, letting ourselves be enveloped by the sense of sacredness that still emanates from this stone.

Serving as a common thread to this extraordinary experience will be the ancient Japanese practice of Forest Bathing (Shinrin-Yoku). Through guided sensory exercises, meditations and reflections we will immerse ourselves in the rejuvenating atmosphere of the forest surrounding the sites.
