What we are going to do
We will have a workshop dedicated to children during which they will learn how cheese is made, and afterwards a small snack with local products from the farm will be provided. We will become cheesemakers and learn about the farm animals: cows, donkeys and horses. We will be immersed in the pastures of Pian del Tivano in Sormano, where our animals graze placidly in the milder months.
