What we are going to do
We will hold a workshop open to children where we will learn how cheese is made. Afterwards, a small snack with local products from the farm will be provided. We will become cheesemakers and get to know the farm animals: cows, donkeys, and horses. We will be immersed in the pastures of Pian del Tivano in Sormano, where our animals peacefully graze during the milder months.
We ask you to book for both adults and children. Children must be accompanied by one parent in the cheese factory during the workshop.
