We will start our 3-day trip from Brisighella, one of the hundred most beautiful villages in Italy, where we will witness the production of extra virgin olive oil. Then we will visit Faenza, an elegant city on the Via Emilia, and witness the production of artistic ceramics in an ancient artisan workshop. The second day will be devoted to visiting Forlimpopoli with its imposing Rocca and discovering Casa Artusi, with a cooking class. On the third day we will visit Sogliano and discover the secrets and deliciousness of Fossa cheese. Finally, we will visit the village of Verucchio, cradle of Malatesta power, with breathtaking views of the coastline and the Marecchia Valley.

A journey through history and flavors perfect for any season. If, however, you love traditional festivals, here are the ones not to be missed: on the four Sundays in November, Brisighella celebrates - in order - the Feast of Pork, Pear, Truffle and Olive; in Sogliano al Rubicone, the Fossa cheese festival welcomes gourmets on the last two Sundays in November and the first in December; and, finally, in Forlimpopoli, Pellegrino Artusi's birthplace, the Festa Artusiana, usually in June, could not be missed.
