An experience designed for niche food and wine enthusiasts: a full immersion in the world of brassiculture. From the sanctuary of the waters of the Sile River Park where Europe's largest water resurgences are found , to the magic of a hop garden, to then move on to the secrets related to the production of craft beer and discover, at the end, how to use it in an alternative way such as, for example, in mixology.

Accompanied by an expert local guide, you will start with a sensory immersion in the Sile River Park and its bubbling water pools. It will then be time to get acquainted with a live hop garden. Hops, along with water, are the other main ingredient in beer and we will be accompanied on our journey by the young owner of the farm that grows them.

We will continue with a visit to a local agri-brewery that will reveal the secrets of producing a craft farm beer. The experience will conclude by tasting the farm beers offered by the host brewery and touching on how they can be used in alternative ways such as in mixology, learning how to make beer-based cocktails.

My role is somewhat to act as the director of this experience by virtue of my passion for discovering niche producers in the agri-food sector with a story to tell, the fact that I have been working in the food sector for a couple of decades and that I have acquired the qualification of Operator for Experiential Tourism. This proposal is suitable for everyone, except for the brewery visit phase where children are not allowed for safety reasons.
