We will meet in Turin and set off in the direction of Milan following a magical itinerary that will take us among ancient inns, majestic farmsteads and the landscape of rice fields. Lunch and a tasting of local products await us in a truly unique setting that changes with the seasons, changing four times a year just as four are its dominant colors.

In spring, for about 40 days, it is the color of the sky mirrored in the flooded rice fields, populated by flocks of passing birds; during summer, it is the bright green of the tender seedlings, enlivened by the ever-wet soil; in autumn, it is the golden hue of ripe rice, ready for harvesting; finally, in winter, it is the time of rest with the somber color of the plowed furrows or the dull color of abandoned stubble.
