What we are going to do

A day to discover the roots of Italian cuisine and some of the beauties of the Romagna region. We will start from the heart of Forlimpopoli, the majestic Rocca Albornoz, built in the mid-14th century. We will then learn about the story of Pellegrino Artusi, author of "La Scienza in Cucina e l'Arte di Mangiar Bene," the first book to tell the story of a united Italy from the point of view of local gastronomic cultures. We will be welcomed into the Artusi House Museum for a mouthwatering cooking lesson and finally, as a final surprise, we will discover another medieval jewel of Romagna.
