Tuscia denotes the Viterbo area and generally upper Lazio. The term derives from Latin Tuscia (pronounced tuskia), the territory inhabited by the Tusci, or Etruscans, plural of Latin tuscus, a contraction of etruscus. From Tuscia, synonymous with Etruria, derive the name of the region of Tuscany and the name of the municipality of Tuscania in the province of Viterbo.
We propose five unique days, five colors, five special itineraries to experience every moment, every wonder, every flavor of the Alta Tuscia viterbese.
