TartuFest of the Po

For three weekends between the months of October and November in the village of Carbonara di Po there is a large festival dedicated to one of the excellences of the area, the White Truffle. Exhibition stands are set up for the occasion where you can buy truffles directly or taste them as the main ingredient in numerous preparations such as appetizers, first courses, main courses and even desserts. Each course is accompanied by fine wines from the area, paired to perfection creating ideal combinations with the absolute protagonist of the event.
