Flavors of the Sea Sperlonga

The absolute protagonist of the four-day event in the wonderful Sperlonga is the Blue Fish and the local fish product in general; fresh, cooked, fried, stewed or canned, it will be present in different ways prepared, processed and cooked by chefs, restaurateurs and cooks who have flocked to the occasion and are ready to delight the palate of every visitor, even the most demanding. As every year, the main part of the event will be the food, available to all fans in the central Fontana Square, along the walkway of Via del Porto and up to largo Torre Truglia.
