Sagra delle Sagne Scandrigliesi

Eagerly awaited and heartfelt folk festival, with tasting of local specialties, typical products and dancing music evenings. "Sagne" (fettuccine) are an egg pasta specialty, handmade by local women, they are seasoned with sauce cooked according to the ancient recipe. With the "Sagne" will be served bruschetta with Scandriglia's extra virgin olive oil and wine.
