Almost always at a village "Sagra" there is the typical dish, however, it is not always handmade. Teolo's gnocco is an authentic "handmade"! Hard-working hands, skillfully combining flour and potatoes, create delicious and tasty gnocchi that can be dressed with various sauces as desired and enjoyed with friends in the village square. At the food stand also, tasting of good wine, meat and many other dishes for all palates. So... gnocchi for everyone!
