Festival of the Crotti of Valchiavenna...gastronomic excellence

The Crotti are nothing more than pieces of mountain that have detached to form natural caves, where man has been able to make excellent cellars to store wine, cold cuts, and cheese. During the two weekends dedicated to the festival, you can taste the excellent food and wine products that this valley offers, as well as be able to visit with a tour called "andèm a Cròt," many Crotti and their specialties. There will be no shortage of Cultural Meetings, Art Workshops, Photographic and Painting Exhibitions, Music Dances and lots of Folklore.
